Deliveries within India

The orders are shipped by courier. In case the courier services of our courier company are not available to any location, the orders are shipped by Speed Post. In case Speed Post Service is also not available for any particular location, the orders are shipped by Registered Post.

The shopping cart adds shipping charges as per the weight of the items and packaging. The cost of shipment to any location where our courier service is not available, any additional cost would be charged from the customer prior to shipment.

The courier charges are calculated as follows:

For upto 500 gms of packet - Rs. 32/-
For every additional 500 gms - Rs. 32/-

The shipping charges by Speed Post or Registered Post or VPP would be provided on the basis of weight of the order and location for shipment.

Deliveries outside India

The orders are shipped only by courier as well as ordinary post. The shopping cart adds shipping charges as per the weight of the items and packaging. While filling the address details, the user can specify the delivery mode i.e. Courier or Ordinary Post.

Shipment by Courier:

The courier shipments are made within 48 hours of receiving the confirmed order. The packages by courier are delivered with 3-4 days of shipment. If courier service is not available for a particular place/country, the products are sent through Speed Post service of the Indian Postal Department. In case, if any of the above services are not available for a place/country, the products are sent through ordinary post.

The courier charges are calculated as follows:

For upto 1,000 gms of packet - US$ 20
For every additional 500 gms - US$ 5.5

Shipment by Unregistered Parcel:

This is a low cost but unsecured mode of shipment. The "Unregistered Parcel" is sent through Indian Postal Service and is usually delivered within 10-15 days of shipment. Please note that the shipment under this mode is not insured and without tracking facility. We would be able to provide you only a proof of dispatch by the Indian Postal Department for these shipments. In case of non-delivery, we would be able to refund the amount only in case the goods return to us from the Postal Department.

The courier charges are calculated as follows:

For upto 120 gms of packet - US$ 2
For every additional 120 gms - US$ 2

Customs duties in the country of destination: In the event that the customs authorities in the customer's country of residence, levy any charges on an incoming parcel, these charges are to be borne by the customer, and are not included in the price and shipping charges of the product as displayed on the site.
